It is the first of January and here I am with a new post showing my Design Team Project for the Christmas [or not] BINGO Challenge blog. This month I am using the letter O – Rectangle, Stitching (faux or real), Twine, Patterned Paper and FREE. For my Free I used die cuts.
I used my stitched rectangle dies to cut an A2 notecard sized cardpanel as I opted to go with faux stitching for this project. I also cut a panel of Christmas patterned paper with a smaller die from the set as well as a white panel the same size and glued them together. Using my paper trimmer, I cut a gold matte for the patterned paper rectangle.
For the focal points of my card, I cut the sentiment from gold foiled cardstock and the shadow from vellum. Using another die from my stash, I cut a set of three trees in both green and gray cardstock and offset them. Using some twine from my stash, I wrapped it around the patterned paper panel to provide a grounding for my trees. I then added the patterned paper panel to my card with foam tape.
You are invited to join us at the Christmas [or not] BINGO Challenge. You can use any column that you like from the current BINGO card and make a card for any occasion. The challenge goes for six weeks, so you have plenty of time to join us.

Wonderful interpretation for the elements in the O column! The vellum and gold touches are great contrast to the twine, trees and patterned paper! Rustic + glam! Terrific!
