Today I am showing you 4 cards that I created with the Waffle Flower Sneak Peek Club #2 for 2024. This is a fun club kit from which I already have had a taste of the new release in my kit. The kit is all about strawberries and the sweetness that they exude. Today, I invite you to join me on a journey as I bring four delightful cards to life. Each one with the sweetness of strawberries as the central theme. Last month it was all about daisies.
Card One: Sweet Thanks
My first creation is a thank you card with the vibrant colors of summer berries. Using the Waffle Flower Multiple Strawberries Die-n-stencil and Memento ink, I inked the different layers of the fruit in two variations. One with just red ink and one with a yellow ink fading into the red. The Waffle Flower Sweet Plates die set is quite versatile in that it creates a dish or plates. I used the dish version for this card.
I created a cardpanel with one of the papers from the Waffle Flower Gingham paper. Adhering it to the front of a side-folding A2 sized notecard with Scrappy Tape. By adding my bowl of strawberries, I completed the card with a “thanks” die cut from the Honey Bee Stamps Bitty Buzzwords die set and complemented it with one of the Berry Sweet subsentiments. All the Waffle Flower items I used here came from the Waffle Flower Sneak Peek Club #2 for 2024.
Card Two: Berry Bliss with the Waffle Flower Sneak Peek Club #2 for 2024
My second card is a simple one showing off the beautiful red paper as a cardpanel from the Waffle Flower Gingham paper pack. Using more strawberries done with the Waffle Flower Multiple Strawberries Die-n-stencil and Memento ink, I cascaded three of them down the right side of the card. One the left side of the card, I used the words “you are” Spellbinders Thanks Enclosed die set and again complemented it with a Berry Sweet subsentiment.
Card Three: Berry Encouraging
Using a paper from the Waffle Flower Gingham paper as a “tablecloth” on my third card, I added it to a piece of gray cardstock which then formed my cardpanel. Again, using strawberries made with Waffle Flower Multiple Strawberries Die-n-stencil, I added some strawberries to a plate made using the Waffle Flower Sweet Plates die set. Adding the plate to the patterned paper, I placed three more strawberries in a cascading fashion on the right side of the card. The middle of the three cascading strawberries is popped up on foam tape. Placing a Berry Sweet subsentiment first, I added the word “amazing” from the Spellbinders Thanks Enclosed die set to complete the sentiment.
Card Four: Simple Greetings
My final card created with the Waffle Flower Sneak Peek Club #2 for 2024 is meant for a good friend that needs a bit of encouragement. Once again, strawberries inked with the Waffle Flower Multiple Strawberries Die-n-stencil take center stage. I created two plates with the Sweet Plates die set and inked them in shades of green. To express the sentiment, I used a “hello” die cut from the Altenew Simple Greetings die set and a Berry Sweet subsentiment. I added all there elements to another pattern paper from the Waffle Flower Gingham paper pack.
This strawberry theme is such fun to work with and the Die-n-stencil combo works so well to make creating the strawberries easy. The dish/plates dies set can also be used for all sorts of food types. I plan to check my die stash for other dies that I have that are food related and create some interesting place settings.

Such ‘sweet’ cards, so beautifully arranged and worded. All these strawberries make me hungry… 🙂
