How to draw a fun and easy watercolor snowman using Procreate

It is Friday again and time for another blog post share. Today I am sharing my digital drawing for this month. I chose to draw this cute Watercolor Snowman thanks to Art with Flo. Her tutorials are easy to follow, and I always learn something new from them for my Procreate journey. I have never done a watercolor painting before, so that was why I chose this one.

Drawing a Watercolor Snowman in Procreate with the help of Art with Flo

The drawing uses all native brushes in Procreate, and it is such fun to watch them behave just as you would expect watercolor to behave. When picking up the Apple Pencil and putting it back down again, the program acts as if you had loaded your brush with more paint. It makes that spot darker and the area more opaque than it was before. It truly is a fascinating exercise.

I would like to invite you to visit my short on YouTube to see the process replay of how the Watercolor Snowman materialized from a blank canvas. Thank you for visiting with me today. I will see you next week.

  1. Lovely. I like very much what you created here. And the video portraits is so well. Fascinating how the pencil can work like a real brush. The colours you chose are also beautiful. Thank you for sharing your journey with us. 🙂
