Dear friends, it is the last Friday of the month and I am just slipping in under the door to show you my January 2026 Sheetload of Cards. This month’s sketch uses 6×6 paper and creates 8 cards. There is an interesting cutting technique for the patterned paper, which makes all the cards the same – a unique twist that I have never seen in all the years I have been doing these sketches.
This month I created cards to mail out myself. I receive a monthly newsletter that contains a prayer list for people facing some very serious issues, and I am going to try and send a card to each lady on this list every month. I felt that the Sheetload was an excellent vehicle to help me achieve this goal. Using the Hero Arts Prayers Stamp and Die set, I added a “prayers” sentiment to each card. I also love how the background takes on a new dimension with the embossed flower in the corner.

These cards look beautiful. Like background and patterned paper. The embossed flower makes such a difference. I’m sure they were well received and an encouragement.
