Good morning friends! Today I am here to show off the September 2025 Stencil of the Month. Many of you may know that Spellbinders has an array of monthly clubs and a stencil is one of the options. But it is not just an ordinary stencil, it is a layering stencil. This month the stencil has five layers and creates a lovely fall background. It was just what I needed to add behind the wreath from the Autumn Greetings Wreath die set.

I used my Memento dye inks to apply greens and browns to a piece of cardstock for my panel using this Stencil of the Month called “Acorns & Oaks.” I added a piece of black shimmer cardstock to the right edge before applying it to a kraft card panel and then onto a standard A2 sized notecard.

The wreath dies cut two branch types – a larger one and a smaller one. This gives a lot of versatility for the sizing of the wreath. I cut the leaves and gourd shapes that come in the die set from various fall colors and cut the sentiment from kraft cardstock with a black shadow. I arranged the wreath onto the front of the card and completed it with the sentiment.
The Stencil of the Month is a great budget-friendly club to be a part of. Thank you for visiting today and I will see you again on Friday.
