Hello friends. Today I have a very simple card to show you for our new challenge over at Crafty Chefs. I have opted to help revive the challenges there again and we have reduced the recipe to only two ingredients. This month it is “Use a die cut and add a sentiment to the front of your card”. Here is my make.
For the die cut ingredient, I used a Spellbinders die set to make some layered flowers out of purple cardstock and I also added a bit of greenery which I cut out of Bristol Smooth cardstock and painted with my Arteza brush markers. I glued these to a white mini slimline cardbase. I really like this size card.
For the sentiment part of the recipe, I added an encouraging sentiment stamped in Versafine ink and heat embossed with clear powder. And that concluded my two ingredient card for this month’s challenge.
If you make any card during the month of August where you use any die and add a sentiment to the front of your card, please come and share it with us at Crafty Chefs.

I saw where you revived it on Facebook and you are to be admired, hope you have activity. I've too much on my plate already or I'd get right in there, lol. xoxo
These flowers look amazing, Monica. You chose the colors wonderfully, it makes them look very natural. I also like the card format very much. A beautiful inspiration for this challenge.
