How to use four N items in the May Christmas [or not] BINGO challenge

Hello Friends! It is that time again and I am back with a new Design Team project for the May Christmas [or not] BINGO Challenge. The object of the challenge is, as always, to choose a column from the card and then use at least three of the criteria on your project. I chose “N” this time and used all the criteria, namely Christmas, trees, glitter and dots/gems. My card was heavily inspired by a beauty that Judy May made back in 2017, which I discovered on Pinterest.

Using a retired Spellbinders die set called Square Base and Sides Bowl, I cut into my front card panel with the side die to get this rounded shape. The cut was repeated onto a piece of white craft foam to provide some dimension to my aperture. I added a kraft card panel to a 5×7 card base and cut a piece of Spellbinders Indigo cardstock for the backdrop of my scene. Using a stitched circle die from my stash, I cut two circles from Spellbinders Treasured Gold cardstock, one glitter and one brushed, as well as one from white cardstock. I cut a number of small trees from Spellbinders Fern cardstock using the Woodlands Scene die set. I had some green glitter cardstock in my stash which worked well to back the trees. Once I had built my scene of trees, I cut the backdrop down and glued it to the back of the opening.

I wrapped the card panel with a piece of burlap ribbon and, using more of the Spellbinders Treasured Gold cardstock, I constructed a bow with the bow dies from the Holly Jolly Gnome die set (now also retired). The scene card was completed with a sentiment banner cut in kraft and white from the Spellbinders Nativity Scene die set as well as some star-shaped dots in the sky.
