This week has just flown by and here we are at Friday again! Today I have a felt project to share that I created for Spellbinders using the 3D Eggs & Flowers die set. This set is part of the 3D Felt Decor Spring by Sandi MacIver Collection. The 3D Eggs & Flowers set includes two egg sizes along with several different flower designs, making it perfect for spring decorating.

I started with the little pink egg and chose the tulip die from the 3D Eggs & Flowers set. Green felt works beautifully for the leaves, and I stitched them to both sides before assembling the egg. You can find a helpful tutorial on the Spellbinders YouTube channel that shows exactly how to stitch the egg together.

For the larger egg, I selected more neutral, natural tones. A soft fawn felt forms the base, and I added a daffodil from the set to two sides for a balanced look.

Creating several of these eggs and displaying them in a bowl would make a lovely spring decor piece. Thank you for visiting with me today. I look forward to seeing you again next week.

They look beautiful. And to put them in a bowl as deco is a great idea. I am really amazed what all can be created. Also lovely colour choices. 🙂
