A summery card with Spellbinders Wildly Beautiful embossing folder

Today I am here with a new project post with a lovely product that Spellbinders sent me. This is the Spellbinders Wildly Beautiful embossing folder which I used to create a summery card. It was such fun to create a card with so many different colors.

A summery card using the Spellbinders Wildly Beautiful embossing folder

I cut a panel down to 4.75×6.75 and positioned it in the embossing folder so that I had the flower bouquet in the bottom left hand corner. I colored the flowers and foliage with my Copic markers and then blended the background with ink and a small blending brush. Using the gold Prismacolor pencil, I colored the smaller petal shapes on the grid of the lattice. Once all the coloring was done, I added some highlights on the flowers and leaves with a white gel pen.

I added the panel to a side-folding 5×7 cardbase and added a single word sentiment from the Spellbinders Woodland Tales Sentiments die set. I hope you will check out this beautiful Spellbinders Wildly Beautiful embossing folder.

  1. Wow, these flowers look so real. Such a lively and happy card. The gel pen gives it an amazing effect. And the sentiment gives it such a positive note.
    One again… well done. 🙂
