It is time for a new challenge over at the Colour Crazy Challenge blog and this time our sponsor is Ching-Chou Kuik. While I have seen projects using her digis, I have never used one myself. I got to work with the image entitled Winter Cuddle.
I printed the image onto Canson C’ a Grain Drawing paper and colored her with my Prismacolor colored pencils. I recently purchased a book called Practical Color Combinations – a great resource for choosing color combos for any project and this was my first project using a scheme from my book. Once she was colored, I cut her out with an oval die and also cut an oval from a yellow-green glitter cardstock and matted the image onto it. I found the perfect patterned paper for the background in my stash and added the panel to a cardbase.
