It is the first of July and since that is an odd month, it signals the start of a new Christmas [or not] BINGO challenge. The rules of the game are simple – create a card for any occasion. But you must use one of the columns of elements from the current BINGO card. I used G – Pink, Plaid/Check/Gingham, Square, Buttons and for the FREE I used Die Cutting. So I have a Design Team project to show you.
Using a A2 sized cardpanel, I ran it through an embossing folder that I have in my stash that covers the panel with embossed buttons. I combined the pink and the plaid element by creating a plaid die cut focal point in shades of pink. I used a Spellbinders die to create this effect. The “square” element was done by adding a square of vellum behind the layered section of the die cut. Not only does this meet a requirement of the challenge, but it also adds a subtle background to show off the intricacy of the die cut. I completed the card with a “Merry Christmas” sentiment also cut from pink cardstock.
Our challenge runs for 6 weeks. We would love to have you join us at the Christmas [or not] BINGO challenge. Your project can be for any occasion, as long as it contains three of the elements in one of the BINGO columns.

Super card Monica! I love this pink for Christmas. The embossing and dimension in the center is really great too! Great Christmas BINGO Challenge card!
I love the embossed card with the buttons, looks stunning. The card looks so intricate and fancy/elegant.
