I have some exciting news to share today. I was asked if I would join the Jan’s Digital Stamps DT and since I was not on a team currently, I readily agreed. So here is my first project for the challenge blog. The challenge is Anything Goes. You can use any image, but there is a second prize dedicated to a winner that used one of Jan’s digis on their project.
For my bright Spring card I used one of the chickens from the new Lil’ Chick-a-Dees digi set – which is currently on sale. I printed the chick out on Canson C’ a Grain paper, my favorite paper for colored pencils, and colored her with my Prisamacolor colored pencils. She is a classy lady in her red hat.
Once I had her colored, I cut her out on my Cameo with an offset as well as two additional shapes out of white cardstock which I stacked under the colored image. I added a burlap background die cut and completed the card with a sentiment in bright yellow cardstock.
Be sure to join our challenge at Jan’s Challenge Blog – we would love to see what you create.
