Today’s project is another joint challenge between myself and BożenA of Art Card Box. It was her turn to call the theme and she chose “Use something from nature”. So the card had to have some element on it that was either a part of a plant or for which a plant was used. Well, I live in the desert! Although the world is green here at the moment thanks to the monsoons, that is not the norm. But what we do have all year round are cacti and cacti have thorns and thorns look like unicorn horns. So I could combine nature with the magical – I think that is a win.

Ah, Monica! You made me smile when you saw your card. But you cleverly solved the problem with the vegetable element. And so I was wondering what you would come up with, and I would never have come up with the idea of a cactus thorn. The card is so cute and, as you rightly noticed, very magical.
