Birthday Greetings

It is May already and here I am with a new project for the Crafts Galore Encore Challenge blog. Our sponsor this month is A Day for Daisies, the theme is as always Anything Goes and the prize is a $8 gift certificate to the A Day for Daisies store. I am using the image called Happy Birdie Orange.

I printed the image and the sentiment onto Strathmore Toned Tan paper and colored it with my Prismacolor colored pencils. Once completed I cut it out with a stitched rectangle die from my stash and matted it onto a piece of black cardstock just a little bigger.

I then applied the card panel to a yellow cardbase to complete my card. I look forward to seeing your projects over at Crafts Galore Encore Challenge blog.

  1. Monica, your card is stunning! I love colors, your blue is the perfect shade for the yellow balloon. Great CAS project, Monica!
